By purchasing products or services from Western PA Supply Co, visiting our store, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all transactions and interactions with Western PA Supply, whether in person at our Pittsburgh location, by phone, or through online inquiries.

Products & Services

Western PA Supply Co is a True Value Member Store offering building materials, construction supplies, tools, and hardware to contractors, builders, and homeowners across the Greater Pittsburgh area. Our offerings include:

• Concrete, masonry, and waterproofing products
• Tools and equipment
• Plumbing, electrical, and hardware supplies
• Lumber, doors, windows, and flooring
• Paint, stain, and finishing products
• Special orders through our True Value distribution network

Product availability and selection may vary. Contact us to confirm stock before making a special trip.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice based on supplier costs and market conditions. Quotes provided in person or via phone are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Final pricing may differ from an initial quote if:

• Material costs change between the quote date and the order date
• Quantity or specifications change after the quote is issued
• Special order items have shipping or handling fees that were not included in the original quote

We will communicate any pricing changes to you before completing your order.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Check
• Major credit and debit cards
• Approved contractor accounts (Net 30 terms available with credit approval)

Special order items may require a deposit before the order is placed. Invoices not paid within terms may be subject to late fees and collection action.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The following items are non-returnable or subject to restocking fees:

• Special order items
• Custom-cut lumber, pipe, or other materials
• Mixed paint or tinted products
• Bagged or bulk concrete, mortar, and similar products that have been opened
• Hazardous materials or chemicals

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds over $50 may be issued by check.

Warranty

Products sold by Western PA Supply Co carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims to the extent we are able, but we are not the warrantor of these products and cannot extend or modify manufacturer warranty terms.

For specific warranty information on a product, please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your purchase or visit the manufacturer's website.

Order Pickup & Delivery

Orders may be picked up at our Pittsburgh location at 3561 Valley Drive during normal business hours. Delivery is available for qualifying orders within our service area. Delivery fees, scheduling, and minimum order requirements vary based on order size, distance, and product type.

For delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location. Western PA Supply is not responsible for damage caused by delivery vehicles to driveways, lawns, or other property when access conditions are unsafe or undisclosed.

Limitation of Liability

Western PA Supply Co's total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, or property damage caused by improper use of products purchased from us.

It is the customer's responsibility to use products in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable building codes.

Governing Law
